Interrail has several ticket types. Below you have two of them.
381 euro. Choose 10 days travelling by train within 22 days.
638 euro. Everyday within one month.
1 euro = 9.28 SEK ( 2012-04-08 )
Train reservation fees aren't included in your pass. During your InterRail trip you may have to make a reservation for certain trains – high-speed, international and night trains. Seats on these trains can be in high demand, especially within and between popular destinations such as Italy, France and Spain, and during high-season.
You can view reservation fees on the back of the InterRail map, which you get with every InterRail Global Pass. Most reservation fees vary between €0.25 and €20.
You can reserve tickets -
at the ticket office of a train station or using a self-service machine.
through the Deutsche Bahn’s UK Call Centre.
online with a few rail companies. Currently you are able to buy reservations online for travel within and to and from Germany, Italy and Sweden.
The German Railway’s Booking Centre has English speaking staff. When you call, you'll hear a German menu, select extension 9 for an English menu, then 1 for train information and booking. The Booking Centre can be contacted by phone on +49 1805996633 (Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. CET). Make sure you mention that you have an InterRail pass and that you only want to make a reservation. It’s best to check the Deutsche Bahn’s online timetable before calling, so you can provide the exact train details.
Please note:
The booking centre does not charge a booking fee.
You can collect your reservations for free from ticket offices and machines in any German train station.
You can make reservations before you have received your InterRail pass.
Please send an email to our sales department at: sales@interrailnet.com. We will answer within 2 business days, often sooner.
You can start in Warsaw and end your journey in Copenhagen. We have decided to travel the other way by starting in Copenhagen and end the journey in Warsaw. The reason is that we want to go to a German railway station in the beginning so we can fetch any booked tickets.
Our travel plans cover 10 cities. You can for instance spend three nights at each city if you buy the one-month train pass. You can even spend some more nights since you don't include the time you stay in the first and last city. The below plan is for the 22 days train pass which include 10 days travelling by train.
We did not include Budapest since you can visit that city separately. You then fly with WizzAir. The nights in Copenhagen are not included in the 22 days since you travel there by bus or with an ordinary train ticket. Only the first day in Warsaw is included. You will then travel to 8 cities using your train pass ( Copenhagen and Budapest are not included ). You have two days more so you can for instance visit Potsdam outside Berlin during one of those days.
The last day of the train pass is spent on travelling to Warsaw. You then have 21 days for 7 cities ( Budapest, Copenhagen and Warsaw are not included ) which makes 3 nights at each city.

Bus (GoByBus): Gothenburg Central station => Copenhagen Central station
From around 5 hours
To continental Europe, Eurocity trains connect Hamburg with Copenhagen, up to six times per day; a single one of those trains runs directly from Berlin daily.
Across the Øresund strait in Sweden, the Øresundstog trains departs from various towns in Southern Sweden, and via Lund and Malmö crosses the Øresund fixed link to Copenhagen, with a stop at the airport. The journey time from Malmö to the central station is 25 minutes and trains run every ten minutes all day on this stretch, and every hour during the night. A one way ticket between Malmö and Copenhagen is 75 Kr.
You can walk to the hostel but it is faster and nicer to go by metro.

Train: Hamburg Hbf => Berlin Hbf (tief)
Less than 2 hours
During the times of its division, Berlin had two main train stations: Zoologischer Garten (colloquial name Bahnhof Zoo) in the West, and Ostbahnhof in the East. The new 'Hauptbahnhof' may be titled 'Lehrter Bahnhof' on older maps & is situated between the S-Bahn stations Friedrichstrasse and Bellevue. Since the opening of the Hauptbahnhof, most ICE and international lines now bypass Zoologischer Garten, although it is still in operation for regional Deutsche-Bahn service and as an S/U-Bahn station.
The new building for the central station Hauptbahnhof was opened in May 2006 and together with Südkreuz (southern cross) and Ostbahnhof (eastern station) - plus minor Gesundbrunnen in the north and Spandau in the west - form the backbone of all connections. All are connected to either S- or U-Bahn (and in the future, both). All trains travel through central station and a second major hub (depending on the destination you travel to or arrive from). Trains in the regional area (Berlin and Brandenburg) mostly use these stations. Regional trains stop at several stations within Berlin.

The train line from Berlin to Prague passes through the Erzgebirge mountains, and for a couple of hours the passengers are treated to a series of beautiful alpine river valleys, surrounded by rocky escarpments and mountains.
All international trains arrive at Praha hlavní nádraží (the central station, abbreviated to Praha hl.n.) which has a connection with Metro Line C.
The park in front of the main train station is a haunt for some of the city's undesirable elements and should be avoided after dark. If you do have to come through on foot, it's best to avoid coming through the park and approach from the Southeast along Washingtonova. As you get to the corner of the park there's a police station, so the likelihood of running into problems from this direction is minimalised.

Train: Brno => Wien Meidling
Vienna to Brno around 2 hours.
Until 2010 Vienna had several large train stations (Südbahnhof, Westbahnhof, Nord, Mitte). Currently Südbahnhof (South Station) has been closed for construction of a main station and the others are working but under construction. Many trains that used South Station now stop or terminate at the station Wien Meidling. Be sure to check schedules and it is advised to take extra time when departing from these stations as the temporary provisions are not always easy to navigate.
It can be puzzling to understanding where trains depart and arrive, i.e. trains heading East often leave from West Station.

Most international trains stop at the main train station (Bratislava hlavná stanica) that has a good connections to buses. To get to the city centre, take bus 93 and get off at Hodžovo námestie or Zochova stops. Unfortunately, there is no tram connection starting from 1 November 2011 due to track damage. The other principal station is Bratislava-Petržalka, situated in a residential district, south of the river Danube. The station serves as a terminus for some of the trains from Vienna. Bus 80 (direction: Kollárovo námestie) departs from outside the station building or use the underground passageway in the station hall then hop on any of the buses that leave from the opposite side of the road. Buses 91 and 191 (direction: Nový most), 93 and 94 (direction: Hlavná stanica and Vazovova respectively) all go directly to city centre.
1–1¼h, hourly regional expresses. They go alternately via Marchegg and via Kittsee. The first service from stops at the central station while the second stops at Bratislava-Petržalka, all trains starts at Wien Südbahnhof (Ostbahn).

Train: Bratislava hl.st. => Budapest-Keleti pu
Less than 3 hours
2¾h, six EC trains a day.
Trains connect Budapest with almost all countries in central and eastern Europe. All trains arrive at Budapest Keleti station, unless stated otherwise.
The main railway stations (pályaudvar) are Keleti pályaudvar (Eastern Railway Station), Déli pályaudvar (Southern Railway Station) and Nyugati pályaudvar (Western Railway Station). The stations are not named for their geographic location in the city, nor for the direction of the destinations served by each.
The stations are well connected to each other and to the rest of the city. Keleti and Déli Railway Stations are located on Metro 2, Nyugati Railway Station is on Metro 3. A transfer should take less than 15 minutes during peak hours, slightly more on weekends and evenings.
Train stations in Budapest are not up to Western quality standards; they are hard to access for people with disabilities and their facilities are very limited. Be prepared for long queues at the ticket office. English is rarely spoken. Do not expect luggage trolleys or clean toilets. Food or a coffee purchased at the stations is unlikely to give you a gastronomic buzz; it is also difficult to find a good nearby cafe if you didn't research in advance. Do not accept any offers from taxi drivers waiting around the station entrance.
It is a little too far to walk.

Train: Budapest-Keleti pu => Krakow Glowny
About 10-11 hours. Travel during night
Is your first trip of the day a direct night train departing after 7 p.m. and arriving after 4 a.m.? If it is, then you'll save yourself a travel day. Just fill in the arrival date in the Travel Calendar.
Dworzec Główny PKP is the Central Train Station in Krakow, and is located just outside of the Old Town. It is connected to other cities in Poland and the rest of Europe.
The station staff are not always the most helpful to foreigners who don't speak Polish as they often speak no English and you can spend an awfully long time waiting in line only to be told to join another long line. If you get confused, try asking someone young to help you as most young Polish people speak communicative English and are very helpful. Staff at the international ticket counter speak English.
We have selected two alternative accommodations. One if you like to party and another if you like a more quiet alternative.
Walk to the non part alternative hostel.

Walk: Main train station => Hostel
Our hostel is only 200 meters away from the
train station. However, due to insufficient labeling getting out of the
train station could be quite a challenge. Follow instructions below to avoid confusion
and save time.
1.Leave the train safely and gracefully!
2.You are at the platform. There are 3 staircases leading to 3 different
arrival halls under the platform. Which one to take to save time? Take the one
at the very beginning of the platform. What does 'the very beginning of the
platform' mean? It means that this staircase is closer to main building of the
station and city center and majority of natives will go this direction . Follow
the crowd!
3.Walk down the stairs, turn right and get to the very end of underground
arrival hall.
4. Exit underground arrival hall and take either route A or B
5.. Head to the shopping mall called GALERIA KRAKOWSKA which is an extension of
the underground arrival hall.(The mall is closed from 10 pm till 8 am and on
Polish bank holidays. If that is the case check option B)
6.Find escalator , get to the ground level and leave the mall. You are on Pawia

http://wikitravel.org/en/Warsaw
Train: Krakow Glowny => Warszawa Centralna
About 3 hours
Every hour between 6 AM and 8 PM there is a train between Kraków and Warsaw every hour or so. Some of them are Express InterCity (EIC) with journey time of ~2h40. It is by far the most convenient way of traveling between Kraków and Warsaw.
Warsaw has three stations for long-distance trains:
Dworzec Centralny or Warszawa Centralna (Warsaw Central) ul. Emilii Plater
Dworzec Wschodni or Warszawa Wschodnia (Warsaw East) between ul. Kijowska and ul. Lubelska (on the right bank)
Dworzec Zachodni or Warszawa Zachodnia (Warsaw West) Al. Jerozolimskie near Rondo Zesłańców Syberyjskich
All long-distance trains pass through Dworzec Centralny (Warszawa Centralna) station and all stop there. It is the only long-distance station underground. It isn't the last station on the route! Trains running eastwards start at Warszawa Zachodnia, stop at Warszawa Centralna and then at Warszawa Wschodnia, while trains heading westwards make the same trip in the opposite direction (except that they don't always stop at Warszawa Zachodnia). The same is true for arriving trains. Tourists often find it confusing that the main train station (Warszawa Centralna) is not the last station on the route.
Walk
1.4 km, 18 min
Walk: Central Train Station => Hostel
We are located just in the city centre, on
the Marszalkowska street (the main street of Warsaw), 100 metres from the metro
Swietokrzyska.
On foot from the Central Train Station
Only a 10 minute walk - no doubt, the closest location from the station in
town. Go in the direction of The Old Town or Marszalkowska st. and Galeria
Centrum shopping area. Exit the station and you will see the palace of culture
ie. a large palatial clock tower. Turn left on the street between this building
and the station. You will have this palace on your right and big shopping mall
'Zlote Tarasy' with Hard Rock Caffe at the bottom and the intercontinental
Hotel on the left.
Pass along the palace as long as you see a park next to it, then diagonally
cross the park, along a green fence around the metro line constructionn, keep
it to your left.
When you reach the street with tramways, you will see a McDonalds at the
intersection of Marszalkowska and Swietokrzyska. Cross Marszalkowska street,
turn left, cross the lights(now with a metro construction site). Continue up
Marszalkowska (50 metres)and take the first street on the right (Rysia) which
leads you into a courtyard (with an Italian Embassy). This is the correct square.
Look up and you see a neon sign with our name. We are the first building on a
square (not the street) to the right with a bank on a ground floor and a second
Oki doki neon on a top.
For lazy ones, by bus, take number 127 ( bus stop is just in front of Marriott
Hotel). Take two stops in the direction of Centrum. Go out (bus stop 'Metro
Swietokrzyska') and from the McDonalds as above.
(do not get in into any unmarked taxis, it may cost a fortune).
Please note!
The address is Plac Dabrowskiego 3 (what means Dabrowskiego Square 3) and it is
in the very, very city centre. Never go to ulica or ul. Dabrowskego (Street) in
the Mokotow district, which is far away .
